It won't connect

Your phone has to be on the adapter's Wi-Fi, not your home or phone Wi-Fi. Turn the ignition on, and close other adapter apps, because the adapter talks to one app at a time.

Live shows nothing

Some engines don't answer the standard questions. Run the car test from Garage with the engine running, then send us the log.

A lamp doesn't light

Each car accepts its own set of lamps. A key that's greyed out isn't available on your car, and shows use another lamp in its place.
